Can I pay with cash?
In order to create a faster and more efficient airport experience for our customers and reduce the handling of paper currency, Silver airport locations will only accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards at the ticket counter and the boarding gate.
Where do I call to cancel and receive my refund?
You may contact our Reservation Center at 801-401-9100, 7 days a week between 9am and 6pm (EST).
What happens when my flight is delayed?
Several things may happen if your flight is delayed. See details in our Tarmac Delay Plan for when you are on board and have left the gate. For other options please refer to our Contract of Carriage and Customer Service Plan.
Are bag service charges the same on all routes?
No. Service charges for checked baggage are determined based on the origin and destination of your trip; they are fully explained on the Optional Services page.

Are there size and weight limits for bags?
Yes. Checked bags should not exceed 62 linear inches or 50 lbs - however:
up to 115 linear inches will be permitted with payment of an additional oversize bag service charge (maximum length 84 inches)
up to 100 lbs will be permitted with payment of the appropriate additional overweight bag service charge
Carry-on bags should not exceed 45 linear inches
Personal items should not exceed 17 x 16 x 9 inches
Service charges apply for checked bags and for oversize and/or overweight bags and are shown on our Optional Services page. Both of the additional service charges will apply to a bag that is oversized and overweight.

Can I bring my wheelchair?
Yes... Wheelchairs and other devices to assist mobility (cane, walker, etc.) can be brought along and will be checked for you at no charge at the airport counter or gate.
Does Silver charge a service charge for checked bags?
Each passenger is allowed one personal item plus one carry-on item* that must easily fit under the seat or in an overhead compartment. All checked bag service charges are charged per bag, per person, one-way and non-refundable. Our baggage policies are different than other airlines due to the size of our overhead bins.
* Carry-on items that cannot fit over head or under the seat may have to be checked at the gate due to aircraft restrictions.

How do I find my delayed bag?
We have teamed with WorldTracer in order to provide an automated web tool to trace any bags that did not arrive with you. Please follow the instructions in this link to WorldTracer and we will be able to track your bags in a timely manner.
How much alcohol can I bring back from a trip to the U.S. Virgin Islands?
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will allow you to enter the U.S. with a limited amount of alcohol duty-free as part of your exemption. Additional bottles may be subject to taxes. Please see all the details at CBP site.

How will the refund be issued to me?
The refund will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the ticket.
May I email my cancellation?
We request that all Cancellations are conducted by phone in order to avoid any delays in getting you your refund. Please call the Reservations Center at 801-401-9100, 7 days a week between 6am and 9pm (EST).
Can I reserve a seat after I book?
Yes, you can reserve a seat after you book your flight by calling our Guest Relations Call Center at 801-401-9100.
The Call Center is open 9am-6pm.
