We are anticipating severe weather in our Caribbean Network due to Tropical Storm Ernesto. We will waive change fees and fare differences for customers traveling Monday, August 12, 2024 through Thursday, August 15, 2024 to/from the following cities:
- Dominica (DOM)
- San Juan, PR (SJU)
- St. Croix, USVI (STX)
- St. Maarten (SXM)
- St. Thomas, USVI (STT)
- Tortola, BVI (EIS)
To use this fee waiver, customers may contact [email protected] or call our Help Center at 801-401-9100. Original travel must have been booked on or before Sunday, August 11, 2024. Customers may rebook their flights for travel through Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

Additionally, please be advised that all Seaborne Airlines seaplane flights between St. Thomas (SPB) and St. Croix (SSB) have been canceled on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, through Wednesday, August 14, 2024, due to the storm.
